1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition (TCG Specifics)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Sealed & Unopened: Items must be in their original, factory-sealed shrink wrap or packaging.
Tamper-Free: Any evidence of tampering with the seal, glue, or packaging of a hobby box or booster pack will void the return eligibility.
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in the original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Method: By Mail
All returns must be conducted by mail.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
You must print this label and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Return Shipping:Austin Card Holder covers the cost of return shipping. There is no cost to the customer for the return label.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Defective/Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or is not the product you ordered, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days of arrival at our Austin warehouse), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe) within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at Support@austincardholder.shop.
