Who is Austin Card Holder? We are a dedicated team of TCG enthusiasts based in Austin, Texas. We specialize in providing authentic, factory-sealed hobby boxes and trading cards to collectors across the United States.
Where is my order shipping from? All orders are dispatched directly from our secure climate-controlled warehouse located at:
6400 Burnet Rd, Austin, TX 78757, United States. Please note: This location is for storage and fulfillment only; we do not currently offer in-person browsing.
Are your products authentic? 100% Yes. We source our inventory through authorized distribution channels. Every hobby box, booster pack, and elite trainer box is guaranteed to be factory-sealed and untampered with.
How much do I pay for shipping? Shipping is Free on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden “handling” fees at checkout.
How long will it take for my cards to arrive? * Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM (CST) Monday – Friday.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States to ensure the highest level of service and delivery speed.
How do pre-orders work? Pre-ordering allows you to reserve high-demand sets before they release. Payment is collected in full at checkout to lock in your allocation and price.
Can I ship in-stock items separately from pre-orders? To maintain our Free Shipping policy, orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the final pre-order item is available. If you need in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for items that are in their original, factory-sealed condition. If a hobby box or booster pack has been opened or the shrink wrap is tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return.
How do I start a return? Simply email us at Support@austincardholder.shop. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. We do not charge restocking fees.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in our packaging (using bubble wrap and sturdy boxes), but if a carrier mishandles your package, please contact us immediately with photos so we can send a replacement or issue a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal and Stripe.
Is my data secure? Yes. Our site uses 128-bit SSL encryption. We never store your credit card information; all payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
