At Austin Card Holder, we offer pre-orders for highly anticipated trading card releases. By placing a pre-order, you secure your product ahead of the official release date. Please review the following terms that apply to all pre-order transactions.
1. Payment for Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of checkout. This ensures your allocation is reserved and protected from price fluctuations that often occur in the TCG market as release dates approach.
2. Shipping & Fulfillment
Unified Shipping: If your order contains both “in-stock” items and “pre-order” items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item becomes available.
Separate Orders: If you wish to receive in-stock hobby boxes or cards immediately, please place a separate order for those items.
Release Dates: Estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturers (e.g., The Pokémon Company, Bandai). While we strive for “Release Day” delivery, actual shipping dates depend on when we receive our allocation at our Austin warehouse.
3. Delays & Allocations
The TCG industry occasionally experiences production delays or “wave” distributions.
Date Changes: If a manufacturer moves a release date, the estimated shipping date for your order will be updated automatically.
Allocations: In the rare event that a manufacturer reduces our expected allocation, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If we cannot fulfill your order due to a supply shortage, a full refund will be issued immediately.
4. Cancellation Policy
Standard Pre-Orders: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled release date.
Close-to-Release: Cancellations requested within 7 days of release may be subject to a 10% processing fee, as the shipping and logistical process for your order will have already begun.
5. Price Protection
If we lower the price of a pre-order item before its official release, you may contact Support@austincardholder.shop to request a store credit for the difference. If the market price increases after you place your order, your original lower price is locked in and guaranteed.
