1. Shipping Cost
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire catalog. There are no hidden fees or handling charges at checkout.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
To provide an accurate delivery estimate, we break down our shipping process into two parts:
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CST) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for delivery.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 8 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our Austin warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
6. Damaged Shipments
We take extreme care in packaging your items (using bubble wrap and sturdy boxes) to ensure they arrive in “Gem Mint” condition. If your package arrives significantly damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@austincardholder.shop with photos of the packaging so we can resolve the issue.
